You need to tell HMRC the amount of VAT you’ve charged through your business and also how much you’ve paid to other businesses – this is done with a VAT Return every 3 months. Bookkeeping – £27.50 per hour

Bookkeeping is the first and essential part of your business’s accounting process. This is the organising and recording of crucial financial data to ensure your business runs efficiently and smoothly, without risk.

Payroll – £15 monthly / £5 per employee

Our Payroll accounting service covers all areas of employees’ compensation from recording, calculating and managing for all your staff. We’ll also reconcile benefits and take care of taxes and deductions for you so you don’t need to lift a finger.

Management accounts & reporting – £375

Management accounts can be difficult to get to grips with if you haven’t prepared them before. They are essentially financial reports put together by the business for its owners and management. They are normally monthly and/or quarterly and will contain both a balance sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) report. They’re similar to Year End accounts but are generally not as detailed and can be tailored to the recipient’s requirements i.e what they’re most interested in.
